In late summer of 2021, my wife and I finally made the permanent move to Seabrook Island, SC. While our ultimate dream home on our lot directly across from Boardwalk 2 won’t start construction until the next housing crash or the day I hit the lottery, we are finally living on the Island year round. We love the nature, the sunrises and sunsets and the lush tidal ecosystem. I’m still working and travelling full time, but when I’m home, I find plenty of opportunities to take photos of the wondrous beauty around our new home. This is a random collection of local Seabrook Island shots from 2021 including, among other things:
- Dolphin Strand Feeding at Captain Sam’s Inlet
- Black Skimmers and Egrets Feeding
- Wood Storks
- Hooded Mergansers
- Least Terns
- Our awesome Seabrook Sunrises and Sunsets
